What do you do if you don't love your order? Let us know and we'll make it right.

Shipping Policy:

We will make every effort and use every good measure to deliver your order on time. will not be responsible for any delay of the shipment during transit, for reasons including but not limited to, negligence by the shipping carrier, employee strikes, and weather. Since we do not have control of your order once it leaves our facility, we do not issue refunds for the price of shipping under any circumstance. Thank you for your understanding.

If our shipping box is received damaged, please take a picture of the unopened box. After taking a picture, open the package to see if anything was damaged. If damage has occurred, please email us the picture of the damaged box, a picture of the damaged merchandise, and your order number.

Once we receive the images of the damaged order, we will send out a replacement order at no cost to you. Simply take the damaged package to the delivery carrier and tell them you are refusing the package.

Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We also understand that sometimes a product just doesn’t quite fit. That is why we make returns easy.

We offer a 30 day no questions asked return policy. We’ll credit you back the purchase price of the item(s) you ordered, minus any shipping costs.

Easy Return / Exchange Instructions
Step 1
Need your exchanged items as soon as possible? The fastest way is to reorder what you want online and return your unused item(s) for a refund.

Carefully package the unused item(s) to be returned and enclose instructions (including a copy of your packing slip or invoice) indicating if you want a refund or an exchange.

If you want to exchange, be sure to indicate which item(s) you would like.

If there is a difference in price between the items you are exchanging, your credit card will be either credited or charged for the difference.

Exchanges and returns take 5-10 days to process. Allow an additional 5 days to receive your exchange and for return credits to show up on your credit card statement.

Consider purchasing insurance and requesting a tracking number since cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns. Also, this way you will know when your items have been delivered.

Step 3
We’ll either exchange, issue a credit to your credit card, or send you a refund check, depending on how you originally paid for your purchase, within 10 days of receiving unused merchandise.

All merchandise must be received unused, and in new condition. All merchandise must be in its original condition. Refused merchandise will be shipped back to the customer and is subject to return shipping costs of $8.95.
